Swimming WorkoutDate: September 4, 2009 Distance: 1,600 SCY (Short Course Yards) Main Set: 2 x thru of: Notes: Swimming 25s are always fun. The set was about as fast as expected (or as slow, depending on your interpretation). Now I can have a good time over labor day without a guilty conscience. I'll be on vacation all next week, so i'll be ready to update with more workouts after that. |
