Swimming WorkoutDate: July 27, 2009 Distance: 5,000 LCM (Long Course Meters) Main Set: 7 x 600meter freestyle pull on 2minutes rest Notes: Ouch. Ouch. And more ouch. That's about how I can describe this set. it feels like someone put a knife in both shoulder blades. the times on this set were so bad that they are not worth mentioning. it didn't help at all that I couldn't kick. I'm pulling a lot so that David Thompson gets to turn me into a punching bag. I go a LOT slower without my legs and swim through the water like a wounded baitfish. hopefully it gets thompson faster. this hurt has got to count for something. |
