Swimming WorkoutDate: July 21, 2009 Distance: 1,200 SCY (Short Course yards) Main Set: 12 x 50yd free on 2:00 - A4 (as fast as possible) Notes: This set hurt a lot, as expected. I can't expect too much if I'm not swimming at all. I guess I can count myself lucky that this set wasn't much slower. But I got through it. |
