Swimming WorkoutDate: July 10, 2009 Distance: 1,000 SCY (Short Course yards) Main Set: 20 x 25yd free A4 (as fast as possible) on 1:00 sendoff. Also, EZ 100yd after 8th, 16th repeat. Notes: This set was a lot of fun. I don't get to do 25s too much. They hurt a ton, but they are over before you know it so it is not too bad. It was good to see that I still have some raw speed left even if I don't have any endurance. |
