Swimming WorkoutDate: July 8, 2009 Distance: 1,800 SCY (Short Course yards) Main Set: 4 x 200yd free on 4:30 - A3+ (above anaerobic threshold)
Times: 1:57 / 1:57 / 1:59 / 2:01 Notes: This set was pretty fast, and a lot of fun. I haven't gone this fast in a few months now, and was surprised I still had this speed with how little I have been swimming. The yardage was a little shorter as I was training with Thompson and he was tapering for the upcoming Lifetime Fitness Triathlon. Thompson has been swimming well lately, so it will be exciting to see how his race goes. |
