Swimming WorkoutDate: June 17, 2009 Distance: 2,500 SCY (Short Course Yards) Main Set: 30 x 50yds:
2 butterfly, 2 flutter kick with board, 1 parachute, 3 freestyle swim, 2 zoomer, 3times thru, all as fast as possible Notes: The set went quickly because of the variety, which was nice. It was nice to finally be swimming in yards again. I have been swimming a lot of long course lately and I really missed the turns! |
