Distance: 2,500 SCY (Short Course Yards)

Main Set: 30 x 50yds: 2 butterfly, 2 flutter kick with board, 1 parachute, 3 freestyle swim, 2 zoomer, 3times thru, all as fast as possible
Butterfly / swim / zoomer on 1:30
Kick on 2:00
Parachute on 3:00

Times: Butterfly: 27seconds
Flutter kick: 35seconds
Parachute: 36seconds
Swim: 26seconds
Zoomer: 24seconds

Notes: The set went quickly because of the variety, which was nice. It was nice to finally be swimming in yards again. I have been swimming a lot of long course lately and I really missed the turns!
