Distance: 1,300 LCM (Long Course Meters)

Main Set: 12 x 50meter free on 2:00 A4 (as fast as possible)

Average Time: 30.5 seconds per 50 meters

Notes: Did this workout in the outdoor pool again. The air is so cold it makes you actually want to get in the water! The set reminded me why they call it long course. I started out good and went downhill from there. But it got the job done and takes a little of the pressure off before the work day!
