Swimming WorkoutDate: May 27, 2009 - Morning Workout Distance: 2,000 SCY (Short Course Yards) Main Set: 8 x 200yd free on 2:30 A1 (at aerobic threshold) Average Time: 2:14 Notes: Took this set at a nice and easy pace. I haven't swum at all over the weekend. it has been so busy coaching and working full time that it was good to get a little time off. though it makes the swimming hurt a little more! i've got practice with David Thompson tonight. Hopefully the Apple Duathlon beat him up real bad so it makes the workout a little more tolerable for me. |
