Distance: 2,600 Short Course Yards

Main Set: 10 x 200yds A1: 3 backstroke, 1 flutter kick, 2x Then 2 backstroke

Average time backstroke: 2:22

Average time flutter kick: 3:02

Notes: Set was ok for a Monday workout. It wasn't anything special, but got the job done. I'm enjoying a week off of training with David Thompson (we train 2weeks on, 1 week off). So, this wasn't nearly as bad as last week!
