Distance: 5,200 Long Course Meters

Main Set: 7 x 650 meters freestyle on approx 2.5 min rest between each

Notes: This set wasn't as bad as last week. I was a little nervous because of the results from the last time I did this set (real bad headaches for days). So I took it a little easier at the start, but had to give it everything I had in the end. Thompson on the other hand went crazy from the start. He was a trooper as much as a goner; holding a real fast pace for the first 5. The crash on the last 2 was inevitable but you gotta respect the guy for trying. Overall progress is on-track.
