Notes: Felt pretty decent today considering I've been out with a shoulder injury for the past 2 weeks. It was all-better today, which is a bit of a relief. The workouts with David Thompson are scheduled to resume this evening (last week was a recovery week as he prepared for St.Anthonys). I don't think he will be too sympathetic if I show up out of shape!
