Swimming WorkoutDate: April 14, 2009 (Evening Workout) Distance: 5,000 Long Course Yards Main Set: 650 meter repeats, race, 7times thru, no times taken, a3+ efforts (above anaerobic threshold) Notes: Why 650 meters in a long course pool you might say? To that I say, why not? It's long, it's boring, the distance has absolutely no meaning and it's painful enough to really question the universe. swam this one with David Thompson again, who was much more enthusiastic about the set than I was. I was so tired and the end I felt like I was swimming in my sleep. how I remembered to breathe I can never figure out. Too bad I can't do my races asleep! |
