Swimming WorkoutDate: April 7, 2009, Evening Workout Distance: 4,000 Short Course Yards Main Set: 8 x 400 yd on 7:00 alternativing 2x thru of: Times: Free: 4:13 / 4:14 / 4:17 / 4:19 Notes: Ow this set hurt a lot. Considering the lack of swimming I've done I'm pretty happy with the times. Back when I was in triathlon shape I would have been disappointed with an average above 4:10 but I'll take these times today. It's nice to know that I can still hold a sub 1:05 pace. Swam this set with David Thompson at the UofM pool. The pool facility really helps, as the temperature is ideal (about 77F) and the lanes are nice and wide. |
