Swimming Workout

Hotel Pool: (Less than 15 yards in length)

Main Set: 8 x 60 freestyle strokes on stationary on 20 sec rest

Notes: I am still in Chicago, and fit this workout in the same blazing hot hotel pool. They keep the swimming pool hotter than the whirlpool! At least I got to throw the arms around a little.
