Swimming Workout

Date: March 23, 2009

Hotel Pool : (Less than 15yards in length)

Main Set: 8 x 120 stroke repeats freestyle using stationary belt, 30 seconds rest each at Aerobic threshold

Notes: I'm on the road right now in the north suberbs of Chicago for work. So I managed to fit this workout in at the hotel pool. It was a little rough as this was the first time in the pool since my car got broken into last week. It was also rough as the water temperature was over 86 degrees. It was probably good that the temperature was so hot as it made me think less about my car!
