Swimming Workout

Date: March 18, 2009

Total Distance: 1,800 yards (Short Course Yards)

Main Set: 8 x 200yd teams on 4:30
The team (David Thompson and myself) had an average time to hit.  If we made it, the repeat counts.  if we missed, then the repeat doesn't count (you can miss by as much as you want).  in order to try the 200 again, we had to swim 50s with 25yd underwater/25yd sprint free on 2:00 sendoff - also with a goal time

Notes: This workout was tough enough.  But while i was swimming, someone broke into my car and stole my work laptop and some personal items.  This day is turning out to be a real crummy day.
