Main Set 1: 7 x 200yd kick (flutter kick with board) on 4:00 - A3+ (above anaerobic threshold)

Average time: 2:42

Times: 2:41/2:40/2:42/2:42/2:42/2:43/2:43

Notes: I took a little time off this weekend to get some fishing done (the ice is melting rapidly but it's still plenty thick out there!). So, the time off made this set hurt a little more than I'm used to. But the times were still pretty good.
