Swimming WorkoutDate: February 23, 2009 Total distance: 2,600 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 10 x 200 yd IM (Individual Medley, or 50fly/50back/50breast/50free) on 3:00 - A1 (at aerobic threshold) Average Time: 2:28 Notes: I haven't done any IM work in awhile, and figured I would take it easy with 200s IM. If I really wanted to push it, I'd go 400s IM, it is amazing how much 400s IM hurt, much more than 200s. |
