Total distance: 1,800 yards (Short Course Yards)

Main set: 8 x 200yd kick with board - A3+ (Above anaerobic threshold)

Alternate: 1 flutter kick / 1 dolphin kick (4 times total)

Average time (flutter): 2:45

Average time (dolpin): 2:36

Times flutter: 2:42 / 2:45 / 2:46 / 2:47

Times dolphin: 2:32 / 2:37 / 2:37 / 2:37

Notes: This was the first time I've done an all-kicking set in awhile. It was pretty tiring. I was surprised at how bad the flutter kicking felt. Most of the time I can flutter kick within about 4 seconds of my dolphin kick. Today it was 9 seconds off. Probably too much. It was kind of fun hitting 2:32 for a single-200. Not quite a 2:25 like I was kicking as an in-shape triathlete (or 2:12 when I was an in-shape swimmer). But it still felt pretty fast!
