Swimming Workout Log Date: February 16, 2009 Total distance: 2,000 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 8 x 200 yd free A3 (at aerobic threshold) on 2:40 Average swim time: 2:09 Notes: Set was fast but got very tired. Last Sunday, my wife was in a bad accident slipping on ice while running. She's been immobile for the past week, and so it has been a tough go for her and very busy for me. So I'm pretty happy that I could hang in there on this set. |
