Main set: 12 x 50yd free on 2:00 - A4 (as fast as possible)

Average swim time: 26.0 seconds

Notes: I came flying out of the starting gate on this one. My first 2 were solid under 25 seconds. But I sure paid for it in the end. It's good to know that I'm not losing speed nearly as much as endurance. I can always get endurance back by swimming more, but speed is much harder to get back once lost.
