Main set: 20 x 50yd on 2:00 (with 200 ez break after 1st 10) - all A4 (all-out sprint) Each set of 10: 3 butterfly, 3 backstroke, 4 freestyle

Average swim time: Butterfly: 27s, back: 28s, free: 26s

Notes: The set was rough, especially on the 2nd group of 10. I haven't been swimming a whole lot because I've been traveling for business for most of January. I really felt it in this set. Hopefully, this will kick the system into high gear so it doesn't hurt as bad next time.
