Swimming Workout Log Date: February 2, 2009 Total distance: 3,300 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 7 x 400 yd free on 5:30 A1 (at aerobic threshold) Average swim time: 4:29 Notes: Felt pretty good today for an aerobic effort. I've been ice fishing all weekend and so haven't been swimming in a long while. I guess staying out in the cold and wind did something to make up for the fact I haven't been swimming too much. Either that, or the clock was sticking. It's probably the latter, but I'll take it! |
