Swimming Workout Log Date: January 26, 2009 Total distance: 2,600 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 10 x 200 yd free on 3:00 A3 (at anaerobic threshold) Average swim time: 2:07 Notes: I'm happy with the times today. I've been traveling in Europe on business for the past 2 weeks and so have had very limited pool access. The hotel pool was about 10 yards long, and so I had to do a lot of workouts using the stationary swim belt. |
