Swimming Workout Log Date: January 12, 2009 Total distance: 1,500 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 16 x 50 (1 dolphin kick, 1 fly, 1 back, 1 free, 1 flutter kick, then zoomer: fly, back, free) - 2 times through Average swim times: fly: 28seconds, back: 27seconds, free: 26seconds Notes: It just might have been possible that the pool grew by about 2 yards since I last swam here. Maybe thermal-expansion. I'm not sure. Hopefully the pool will feel shorter next time! |
