Main set: 15 x 200 meter free on 3:30 A3 effort

Average time: 2:25

Then: 6 x 200 yard kick with board alternating 1 flutter kick / 1 dolphin kick on 4:00 Average flutter kick: 3:16, average dolphin kick: 3:01

Notes: The set was a long one, but I got through it. It is sure a lot more fun to put the pounds on than it is to take the pounds off!
