Swimming Workout Log Date: December 30, 2008 Total distance: 3,300 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 7 x 400yd individual medley (100 fly/100back/100breast/100free) on 6:00 A1 (aerobic threshold) Average time: 5:02 Notes: I'm sticking with the aerobic threshold stuff because I lost so much athletic conditioning with the illness. The set was tiring, but I finished ok. |
