Swimming Workout Log Date: December 8, 2008 Total distance: 3,500 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 15 x 200 A3 freestyle (at anaerobic threshold) on 2:40 Average time: 2:13 Notes: I haven't gone 3,000 in a main set in quite some time. The set was tiring, but I got through it. Maybe I'm finally starting to shed those holiday pounds! |
