Swimming Workout Log Date: December 2, 2008 Total distance: 1,300 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 20 x 25yards with ez 25 in between on 1:30 sendoff, alternating 2 free, 2 backstroke - A4 effort (as fast as possible) Average time: approx high 11s on free, high 12s on back Notes: The set felt ok. I was a little hurried this morning. I don't get to do a lot of 25s and so this set was a lot of fun. |
