Swimming Workout Log Date: November 17, 2008 Total distance: 3,400 yards (Short Course Yards) Main set: 15 x 200-yard freestyle on 2:40 A1 (at aerobic threshold) Average time: 2:13 Notes: Your basic long A1 aerobic workout. This type of workout is not my favorite but it's a necessary piece of any training plan. It felt ok and the times were about what I expected. |
