On Saturday August 23 we held an open water clinic on Lake Minnewashta. Thank you so much to Jeremy Sartain for recruiting and organizing and to The Gunthers for generously hosting the clinic.

We had 15 triathletes participate in the clinic. There were 3 separate sessions of 5 triathletes in each session. Some of the topics covered were:

• Beach run in and out
• Dolphin Dives
• Sighting
• Best way to handle turn buoys
• Full contact swimming tactics

We hope everyone learned a lot and most of all had a fun time. Thanks again to everyone who helped make this happen.
